Relax, It's A Dream

The mind with its many thoughts, ideas and concepts colors the perception of the world. Often, we see only a projection of the mind and not true reality. These projections keep us in sort of a state of sleep and most, if not all of the time we live in our dream worlds.
We project the mind onto everything we engaged in, such as career and relationship and rarely do we see reality as it is.
For example, we can have a certain idea or judgment about a person or situation, whether or not the judgment is correct. This judgment taints reality and keeps us in a dream.
When life is too serious, overwhelming and stressed, it’s time to remember that everything you are so concerned about is some projection of the mind, actually not real but a type of dream.
If you can see and understand this, you will not take life so seriously. Even just to imagine it’s all a dream, will relax you.
So, relax, it’s just a dream.
